Grade School Music Program

Grade School Band

Under the direction of Mr. Keith Wordell, the Grade School Band takes part in two concerts each year. Mr. Wordell, a member of the Shoreland Lutheran Faculty, travels each week to give lessons to our Shoreland Federation grade schools. His wit and dedication to excellence have led to growth in the band program while he has been at Shoreland Lutheran.

Grade School Orchestra

Under the direction of Mr. Jeremy Zondag, the Grade School Orchestra takes part in two concerts each year. Mr. Zondag, a member of the Shoreland Lutheran Faculty, travels each week to give lessons to our Shoreland Federation grade schools. His energy and dedication to excellence have led to growth in the strings program while he has been at Shoreland Lutheran.

Having the chance to work one-on-one with a voice coach at Shoreland also awakened Lake to new possibilities. “My voice teacher, Ben Jeske, had me perform in a competition called Diva Quest in Kenosha. I auditioned and made the top 10, which meant I could perform for a live audience.” Read her story
