Scholarships

Each scholarship requires a paper copy submitted to the school office.

Many of these scholarships are housed in the SLHS Foundation, which provides operational funding and tuition assistance to Shoreland Lutheran on an annual basis.

IN-HOUSE SCHOLARSHIPS for CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE STUDENTSINFORMATION AND/OR APPLICATION
Jeff Dorn Memorial Scholarship
$500 awarded to a graduating senior who plans to attend Martin Luther College.

Cameron Nahf Scholarship
$1,000 awarded to a graduating Shoreland senior who exemplifies kindness, empathy, love and respect.

Erbe-Vogel Memorial Scholarship
$150 toward tuition or fees at Shoreland Lutheran High School for academic, social and spiritual leadership for a current returning junior.

Ken Russell Memorial Scholarship
$250 toward tuition or fees at Shoreland Lutheran High School. The scholarship is awarded annually to a current returning junior who has completed three semesters at SLHS with a cumulative 2.3 GPA (C+) or better. The student must be a member in good standing of an SLHS federation congregation.

The L.R. "Larry" Marquardt Lutheran Scholarship
$1,000 awarded to a Shoreland Lutheran High School senior who is enrolled at Bethany Lutheran College, Martin Luther College or Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Teresa Muzatko Scholarship
$1,500 awarded to a graduating senior who is pursing a degree in the medical field and has been accepted at to a two- or four-year college or university. The award will be released directly to the student’s college or university.

Brooks Family Biomedical Scholarship
This scholarship is for students participating in the STEM Biomedical Science program to subsidize their registration cost. The scholarship amount will vary for each student.  A total of $2,000 per year will be fully distributed among applying students based on financial need.

This scholarship is for students participating in the STEM Engineering program to subsidize their registration cost. The scholarship amount will vary for each student. Riley Fee

“I’ve known people who really didn’t like their professions and have had a tough time,” said Fee, now a senior. “I really looked to my future and knew that whatever I did, I would want it to be something I would enjoy.
